Pure extra virgin olive oil from the region of Ancient Olympia, with an intense fruity flavour of unripe olive fruit, a spicy taste, and a pleasant, short-lasting burn in the esophagus. The purest oil, with the lowest acidity, the best quality in the world. The olives are harvested early, in mid-October, relatively unripe but rich in aroma and nutrients. The oil is cold-pressed the same day and stored in appropriate tanks in a cool, dark place. It stands out with its golden colour, medium-intensity fruity flavour, and excellent aftertaste.

Pairs well with strong flavours, such as meat, grilled fish, and vegetables. It is the exceptional extra virgin olive oil “ELLIVE”.
